CONSTRUCTION
After weaving, the wicker is dipped in resin emulsion to form a flexible moisture resistant shield. A Polyester finish (color) is applied and is baked-on for lasting quality. Then, the finish is buffed for a smooth feel and polished look. Lastly the frame is coated with an extra layer of finish, making it the highest quality all weather wicker. This process gives loom wicker twice the finish of the competition. Plus, loom wicker strands are tightly spun for a more elegant look, smoother feel, better finish, and longer lasting wicker. Our unique welded construction of the frame adds superior quality for longevity, unlike that of the competition that merely use screws to attach joints.
